- Acted for Sponsors (IFC and Excelerate Energy) to develop the first LNG Terminal at Maheshkhali. Finalized and negotiated project documents and finance documents. The terminal has been successfully commissioned in 2018.
- Acted as Misubishi’s Bangladesh Legal Counsel in its bid for the acquisition of a worldwide LNG asset portfolio with an LNG Terminal in Bangladesh. Conducted due diligence and finalized transaction documents.
- Acted for Golar Energy in advising on local regulation and finalizing transaction documents in relation to supply of LNG and charter of an FSRU (floating LNG Terminal) for a large LNG to Power IPP (ADB financed) in Bangladesh.
- Advised Muscat Gas in a potential acquisition of an LPG terminal bottling plant in Bangladesh.
- Advised UK Export Finance as Lender's Counsel in financing of a LPG terminal and bottling plant in Bangladesh
- Acted for Picnic Corporation in acquisition of Summit Surma Petroleum Terminal
- Acted for El Paso in selling is stake in United Summit Coastal Oil Ltd. and Coastal Fuji Oil Ltd
- Have been advising TecnoSteam Energy in ADB and AIIB funded Natural Gas Infrastructure and Efficiency Improvement Project in setting up four compression stations for Titas Gas Field
